I am not kidding: I have no idea how I'll make it four more weeks. first baby. this pregnancy has been insanely tough. everyone I talk to at work doesn't seem to understand. it gives me hope that maybe because it's been so rough she'll be here sooner rather than later. I just feel pretty hopeless right now. can't sleep. can't walk. can't breathe. my moods are crap.

Girl I hear you! This is my second and the first time was great. This time I also do not know how I’m going to make it 5 more weeks.
After talking to my older cousins who all have kids they said truly you just have to take it a day at a time and give yourself little treats when you need them, whatever that looks like to you. Compromise is your friend and imagining your brain compromising with your body’s needs can be helpful.
Sending all the strength to make it to the end of pregnancy your way✨

Try some light yoga. For me, that makes all the difference in what kind of day I have mentally & physically

yes you do, you can do it. I promise you that if you spend the next few weeks saying you can’t do it that it’s only going to be harder and feel like it takes longer!

Well actually you don’t really have a choice. And depending how far along you are you could go to 42 weeks ♀️. I’d try and change your mantra because you are setting yourself up to be miserable.

I saw a nice video online an OB made that basically said if there’s one thing you can do each day to make yourself feel better in any way, you should do that. Pregnancy is hard and it’s nice to have a little treat or something each day to look forward to.

These are babies 3&4 for me and I’m 33.5 weeks. I only have to get to 37 weeks for my c section but it’s so hard. My swelling is so bad and I’m in so much pain but trying to make it as far as I can

With my first pregnancy I felt the exact same way. You hear about peoples pregnancies the easy and hard ones and you try to ready yourself for what's to come but it's all so new, and sometimes so overwhelming. The hormones, the unexpected symptoms and feelings. By 36 weeks I was sleeping maybe 2 or 3 hours a night, all I did was cry, chug water cuz I couldn't get enough, and take baths regularly, like twice a day for the pain. I promise you'll get through this. I'm on my 3rd pregnancy, 13 years after my last, I'll be 37 this year and I'm 35 weeks with twins, in ways this pregnancy has been easier than my first two 15 and 13 years ago but in others it's been harder. You can and will do this. Try to focus on anything else besides how miserable you feel, believe me I know it's hard but sometimes even a change of scenery or routine can help. Good luck.
