Help Center resources

- [Instructor] Throughout this course, I'll be helping you to get up and running with being a LinkedIn Learning Hub admin. However, we won't have time to cover all of the features available inside of Learning Hub. Also, as we go through the course, you may have questions that pop up specific to your situation. For these reasons, I wanted to point out some of the valuable resources that LinkedIn Learning provides you with, and I wanted to do it early on. In fact, I suggest you bookmark some of these resources so you can quickly access them at any time. The first is the Help Center, though, and it's right inside the platform. If I navigate up to the Help icon, I can click here, and it opens up that Help Center. From here, I can go in the search area and search for something, let's say, Career Insights. I'll hit Enter. And then I can see the different articles that pop up. Now, this first one is Career Insights in Learning, Frequently Asked Questions. I'll click on that, and it opens up here. I can read these tips, I can see the questions and open up to see the answers, which can be extremely helpful. Now, back up here, you'll see there are some other resources here. And if you want to open up this Help thing in a new tab, you can click here at the bottom, and it will open up that Help Center. So again, here, if I wanted to find something about role guides, I can click it in, and then find that article. Go here and you'll see that it brings this up. So the Help Center is a resource provided by LinkedIn, which offers assistance and information on various topics related to the platform. It includes frequently asked questions, step-by-step tutorials, articles on different features, and more. Now, another thing that I want to show you is the Customer Success Center, which you can find here at learning.linkedin.com/customer-success-center. Now, on this page, there's a ton, all the way from Product Learning, where you can learn more about the products and features. Engagement Tools. If you want to find ways to help engage your learners, they have things like Learner challenges. I'll click on that. And you can see more about those. Also, go back here and they have Content Corner, where you can get up-to-date on new courses, new releases, and more. So these are some great resources to find what topics are trending, what's new, and some ways to promote learning within your workplace. Now, back at the Customer Success Center, you can also see here that we can find Product Updates and get Industry Insights. So you have the Workplace Learning Report, as well as the LinkedIn blog. Now, I want to go back over to Product Learning, and at the top I have Learning Center. So first of all, I would bookmark this Customer Success Center here, but another one that I would bookmark is the Learning Center. I'll navigate there. And here you can see it brings me to the Learning Center, which gives me access then to a lot of these different topics, such as managing the platform, empowering employees through learning, measuring the effectiveness, and so on. If I click on one of these, it will bring me into the catalog and let me see more learning. So there is a plethora of resources inside of here as well, and this is a really good resource that I would refer to. Finally, for more technical IT-type questions, such as LMS integrations, APIs, and more, I recommend checking out the LinkedIn Learning API and Technical Documentation, which you can find at learn.microsoft.com. Now, throughout the course, I'll continue to point out resources relevant to what we're doing. Next, I also want to provide you with a document that links to many of these key resources so you can quickly access them as you navigate through your hub admin experience. Take a little time to check out these resources and bookmark any that you think will be useful. Then join me in the next video.
