One of the big questions we get often is about our pelvic health program Bloom, and why it's so important to provide a sensor. As usual, our members often say it best: “I just did my first session!! I think I will like this much better than the pelvic floor therapy at urologist. In that one they just hooked up some electrodes and did some zaps - This one actually shows me what I’m doing!!”Just one example of how Sword Health is changing healthcare and health outcomes for our members.

One of the coolest product update videos I've ever seen. Our new AI Care Specialist is named Phoenix for its ability to get members back to living vibrant lives. The combination of Phoenix + Sword Health Dr. of Physical Therapy is truly the future of healthcare.

True innovation in healthcare is hard. Extremely hard. It requires us to see what is possible without forgetting what is necessary. To capitalize on the advancements in human technology without forgetting the human. I've had the chance to see some incredible innovations at Sword Health: 🌎 Sword 360 -- our ability to share data with the vast majority of electronic medical records in the US 🌸 Bloom -- our women's pelvic health program designed to eliminate the stigma and stress of treating pelvic health disorders from the safety of home📈 Predict -- our ability to use AI and predictive analytics to identify and enroll members who are likely going to be your next high cost clamant Today, we meet 🔥 Phoenix. The world's first AI Care Specialist designed to provide real-time feedback and adjustments to a member's therapy session, all within the parameters of that member's dedicated physical therapist's pre-set program. The member's PT will then adjust those parameters based on that real-time feedback before their next session. This is not AI replacing humans. This is AI for humans.

Our predictive analytics tool at Sword Health is revolutionizing the way we think about identifying high risk and enrolling hard to reach members who are suffering with pain and immobility. Here are a couple great examples of what Predict is doing for our members who weren't seeking out a digital PT solution: “Honestly, I didn't love our insurance, but now I do because it's helped me… I used to have sciatica so bad and the last time I went to my chiropractor he said ‘oh my gosh, this is the first time I don’t have to touch your hip.’ This is the best PT I've ever had.” "I drive a truck and I'm always sitting in this seat. My lower back locks up and Im worried if I don't do something it will only get worse the older I get and could lead to a surgery. I really appreciate this and I'm ready to get started."

Love this Chelsea Castle. I've been fortunate to work for two exceptional digital health brands in Sword Health ⚔ and Omada Health ✌ Both brands are built on similar foundations: - Clinical Excellence- Product Innovation- Patient-first mentality- Trustworthy outcomes - Client obsession That is their brand, not the updated logo or new tagline.

Thank you to all who served, and most especially to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Freedom isn't something we have. It's something we live. Because of those who were brave enough. #MemorialDay

Lots of great speakers this year, but pretty cool to have Dan Marino speaking at the Sword Health Vision 2024 Conference in Miami!

Having seen some interest in menopause support programs this week, it reminded me why our Bloom women's pelvic health program has been such an incredible success at Sword Health. Since launching two years ago, Bloom's program has always addressed menopause, which is our second largest reason for enrollments to date. And the results are truly changing lives. After just 9 sessions with Bloom, women struggling with the impact of menopause are reporting:• 65% improvement on how their pelvic-health symptoms affect their lives• 67% decrease in the likelihood of seeking other healthcare interventions• For women who were already missing work, they reported a 71% reduction in work time missed• 50% reduction in severe depression symptoms• 53% reduction in severe anxiety symptomsWith Bloom, we are dedicated to breaking the silence around these common yet stigmatized issues.

Couldn't agree more with what V is saying here. "It's so important to reinvent healthcare and how we deliver care with AI, where we're shifting part of the human workload toward technology. "This enables clinicians and care specialists to focus on what they do best: deliver the human touch and act on the holistic needs of the patient."This is the only way we can deliver significantly better care while materially reducing healthcare waste, thus removing costs from the system."I'm excited to see how Sword Health and other truly innovative healthcare companies are using AI, not to replace human-led care or solely to increase their own financial margins. That would be easy, and yet would fail to deliver even equal, let alone better, care. The use of AI will only improve healthcare if it effectively allows the human clinicians to have more time for, and better attention on, the patients who need it the most. That's what excites me most about Sword's ability to superpower our human clinicians using AI care.
