This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big co*ckroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

Lulu was very helpful and accommodating in with a issue that occurred in suite rooms 704 air conditioning and sink in which she came very quickly to resolve the issues There was a language difference but she was provided great customer service

The first time I stayed in such an unexpected hotel, the room was oversized, the bed was oversized, there was a jacuzzi, a beautiful bath, and the exhaustion of the journey. It would be better if there were beautiful women.

Okay property, crappy internet, thin walls, noisy hallways and most importantly very rude and unprofessional staff. As a Diamond member, that’s well aware of Hilton standards, im utterly appalled by the way I was treated by the Front Desk Night Auditor. She was rude and full of sarcasm. I was given misinformation from a front desk staff member(s) and instead of apologizing or attempting to correct the error politely, she sarcastically continued to indirectly taunt me about the misinformation. She then calls the GM, places him on speaker phone for him to say “yeah she’s right” no empathy, no concern, no reconciliation. Then when I while attempting to prove my point (since when I let him know that the clerk was rude/sarcastic the GM says that he will rewind the camera to verify that she wasn’t rude or sarcastic), he couldn’t rewind the camera to verify that the information I was given earlier was given while he, pest control and some one else was at the desk. I should’ve known the GM wasn’t concerned because he doesn’t speak, he wasn’t inviting. I mentioned my being a Diamond guest, his rebuttal was I know what’s expected he’s at Diamond status as well. Moral of the story is that it’s not what you do but how you do it. I stayed with intermittent internet service. I stay through the horrible smell coming from a neighboring room. I stayed through the constant noise from the highway, the slamming of doors all night and the paper thin walls. They want the money but they sure as heck aren’t willing to be HOSPITABLE which ultimately should be the goal. Needless to say, I’m checking out and will forewarn others to by all means avoid this place if you’re seeking quality, comfortable stay. I only chose here because it was near a job site. I’ll travel to avoid this place. It’s a rip off. If they treat Diamond guests like this, imagine what they do to others that aren’t.

Very clean and the room was very comfortable. Good service and good location. Next time you come, you must choose this hotel

Excellent location, could not be more central. Rustic decor in keeping with the place. Food was excellent and staff were very helpful. Parking is charged extra.

Had a blast. Everything was located downtown and within walking distance. The valet drivers was wonderful and very helpful. The staff was wonderful also. Whenever we needed anything, they brought it within 5 minutes or less. My only negative was there was no phone in the room to actually call the front office or housekeeping. I will definitely be back.

Good hotel.However, in this price range, I would have expected house keeping everyday. According to the front desk, they are coming only every second day. Not nice to come back after a busy day and see your room / bed not cleaned up. Feels a bit cheap. Would not stay here two night in a row again.
